After 7 months of renovation, the mythical and historical Moulin de la Galette reopens its doors.
The two partners, Cédric Barbier entrepreneur from Montmartre and Nicolas ‘Doudou » Tourneville, chef ambassador of french gastronomy abroad, decide to bring the restaurant back on track.
The wish being to revive this legendary place where all the parisians used to rush up to in bygone days.
The restaurant welcomes you in a chic bistrot atmosphere pulled together with raw materials and a refined style, wher you will savor a traditional french cuisine made of fresh and seasonal products.
Thick calf’s liver « Petits Gris » snails, pan-seared duck foie gras, lemon meringue pie..
Generous dishes among others prepared in loving respect of the products by Anthony Detemmermann, former sous-chef at Michel Rostang’s gastronomical restaurant.
